Customer care is at the heart of everything we do at Fleur de Lys Bridal. Our aim is to ensure every bride has our undivided and personal attention, from the moment they first enter our shop, to finding their perfect dress. So we are delighted that our team has been recognised by the Mid Essex Business Awards, where Fleur de Lys Bridal, has been announced as a finalist for ‘Best Customer Care’.
We are all very proud to be finalists in such a prestigious category that re-instates the dedication we have for all our brides. So, we want to thank our brides, as it was partly due to the wonderful thank you letters and photographs you take time to send us after your big day that we made the final three.
The winner will be announced at a Gala Dinner on 5th September 2014 and we hope we can bring home the prize on behalf of our amazing Fleur de Lys Bridal team and all our beautiful brides. Keep your fingers crossed for us!
